things that happened this few days .

hey . long time never update . a bit busy here . hehe :)
went to taman pertanian for hiking ( 28/11/09 ) .
that day we have take the bus , ktm and taxi . was so enjoy in this hiking .
cause we no need to walk all the time . but because i don't know how to cycle , i have to walk in the taman pertanian . sad :(
it was tired . walking walking and still walking . saw many animals . but it was smelly . hehe:)
we ate ice-cream while waiting for the bus . was so shock when a big hot day an ice-cream in the mouth :) take picture here and there .

29,30/11/09 :
went to KLP with ye yun xin yue , bin yun , xinyun , yun mum , ling mum .
swimming , sauna , uno cards , junks , sungai wang was all the day . shopping in sungai wang , bought a new shirt ( RM 25 ) , a t-shirt ( RM10 ) and a short pant (RM15 ) very cheap ! hehe . took pictures :)

2/12/09:
went to 1U with cyndi yong , qing ru , kok soon , chang rong , quan wey and dixon .
watched new moon , freaking nice ! love it . play play eat eat all the time . took pictures :)

Although Malaysia is considered as a safe country to travel and to live in most regards,street crime is a major concern these days with figures of street crime rising steadily in recent years, especially in major cities Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru.

Stealth methods of Street crime are a norm in large cities: pocket picking, bag slashing, and bag snatching. But recently there have been more reports of muggings and violent robberies.

However, by being aware of personal safety and the practice of good safety precautions, you can avoid putting yourself in an uncomfortable situation that may lead to these incidents. It is all about being aware of a potential problem before it happens and that is where my tips on how to prevent street crime from happening come in.

In every street crime incident there are always three aspects – a victim, an offender and an opportunity for a criminal. The criminal is always on a look out for easy target, if you are showing precaution to put off his intentions, he will move on to someone else.Thus best way of breaking the “triangle of street crime” is to remove the opportunity and this can be done in a number of ways.

#1Be aware of the environment you are in at all times, stay clear of unfamiliar places and dark alleys, even when you are in a small sized group of 2-3. If you feel insecure of the environment, the best thing is to get out of it at the earliest opportunity. Potential street crime problem: Mugging, bag snatching.

#2Walk against the traffic flow! Same as #1; be aware of your surroundings, keep an eye on traffic and the people, especially in tourist areas. Ladies try to walk inside the path beside a man, even if it is a stranger. Potential street crime problem: Bag snatching.

#3Travel light and keep personal items out of sight, especially when having a meal, do not leave your valuables (cell phone, purse, bag, pouch etc) on the dining table or empty chair even if you think you got your attention on it. Criminals are very good in create a diversion and you soon find your things missing. Potential street crime problem: Pocket picking, stealing, and bag snatching.

#4In any crowded place such as a bus, train, market, entrance to a busy place – anywhere where people are packed close together, guard your bag, wallet, camera, jewelry, wrist watch, and anything else of value. Put your hands crossed on your chest with your bag in-between them. Potential street crime problem: Pocket picking, bag slashing, and bag snatching.

#5Keep your backpacks in front of you where you can see it when in crowded area; Bag-slashers will get behind or beside you in a crowded place, slash your bag or pocket with a razor blade and collect your valuables. You don’t see or feel a thing. Potential street crime problem: Pocket picking, bag slashing, and bag snatching.

These apply to different situation that you probably might find yourself in:

#6When in bars / clubs, never get too drunk; you might wake up without your wallet. As for ladies, do not leave your drinks out of sight. Potential crime problems: Mugging and rape.

#7If you are driving, always lock the doors, and never leave your personal belongings unattended when you get off the car. There have been cases where a rider on a motorbike will open the car door and take the items and ride off.

#8If you plan to visit any mosque, wear some old flip flips (which you should be able to get it cheaply everywhere), as you will be required to remove your shoes before entry, and there have been cases of missing shoes.

Remember, that the prevention of street crime is the best cure for it from happening. With an increase in individual awareness, potential opportunities will decrease, and this will in turn dissuade offenders from trying.

You can do a part in making Malaysia a safer place to travel in by being more aware of your own personal safety.

i've went to school at 8am this morning .

just went in , i saw jo anne , she is attending the PBSM .

waoo ! erm . then we have the 2 runs in the school .

erm . we started our telematch . i was in a group with liew li lin, wen shean and wan qing .

we started our journey at 8.30am. then, we went to eat breakfast. eat eat eat... we continue our journey..wait wait wait... very sien.. 4 hours later, HI PENANG!!! wootzz, finally reached. we went to hotel - Sunway Hotel. check in , choose room. started to rain, sad cause we cant swim. then, we went eat lunch at 2.30. go to shopping. bought a new shoes and a new pants. happy.
every level, we get a brochure, all abt saloons.. from 75% to 85%.. very cheap..then went swimming after raining.haha:) very fun..then go dinner.. crabs!! :)

yesterday is our pandu puteri's AGM..
its a very meaningful day..
we hav vote to our leaders..
and finally presents a new batch of COH..
i thought Alicia sis sure can get the place unit leader..
but it could'nt suceed..
shes now the ass. secretary..
that time i was really SAD!!!
what the hell is this??
haiz..whatever..Alicia is always a unit leader in my heart..
and because some reasons..lily & sunflower patrol had dismissed!!
every1 was so shocked..my new patrol leader will be lim kei li..
i really will miss jia zhen..shes always in my heart..
she is the one teaching me to tie knots, marching..now she is the secretary..
hope she will still miss us!!

Oh my gosh!!!!
this is what happened this early morning..
i found my phone but it had broken!!!
the reason is i forgotten to take my phone out from my pocket yesterday!!
then, i threw my clothes bin the washing machine..
the machine..wash & wash..rinse & rinse..
i sure know that u can imagine what is gonna happen..
haizzzz!!! now, i don't know how can i live without a cell phone..

today night is a very fun night..i went to my school band consert..it starts at 8..but when i reach there..(7:23)there are no more good places!!fortunately..i got a place very in front..:) me, kwee yuen bro, tang ling and eshen sit together.. my first time see bro wearing t-shirt..(he is not naked all time!! juzt wearing uniform..ha) look from up to down left to right..still so cute and adorable..XD pn.susan is the mc for this consert..ha..u can hear " pn.Susan you rock!" on that day if u attend..haha..although she is the mc..still feeling she is scolding people..
hmm..the band started to perform..they perform some unknown names music..very nice..very gorgeous..when hearing..feeling like in another site..the lights around the hall..makes us like celebrating Merry Christmas..there is also performers that uses guns..the last time throw the gun but still cant catch it..but nevermind..evryone knows that it is very hard..practice makes perfect..at last..the choir sing many songs..but the one i can remember is "heal the world"..i sing too..think about micheal jackson..many people shouted "ancho".. seems like "end call" hehe..then i went home..^^

My day starts with a congkak competition..hmm..Until today i only knew about the real congkak playing..(i'm not malay)..maybe because of that..i cant really knew the rules of it..but i knew more about malay culture now..XD..my 1st patner was jing hui..i chose her because she said that she was lousy...then i will have chance to win!! haha.. erm..i won her..and now will be the winner vs winner match...but before i have my second match..the patrick teng was always saying that i was very lc because i won..and he won the 1st match..he is the 1 thats proud lar~~~
however..i was butterflies in stomach..because she is a winner too..at 1st..i thought that i will lose the 2nd match..but god protecting me..let me to be lucky..i won her with 57 marbles..im nowvery happppy!!!!! and the patrick said he got 63 marbles...and he thought that he will surely won this match..haha..gat yueng have on him with 79 marbles!! haha..proud will suffer its tradegy...wakaka..i got the 3rd place!! the only girl.. :)
